Had my Easyjet flights to Amsterdam cancelled and opted to take refund as this is the 3rd time this has happened, completed on line refund option, received message telling me refund should be through in a certain number of days, but if I had not received a 2nd email within 10 days I should call customer service centre (was on hold for almost 2 hours in April last year ) the call was answered within 30 seconds and I was speaking to advisor within a minute, she took details and then processed refund immediately total call was just under 3 minutes.
