Mooky or anyone in the management team hasn't given any comment on the court case other than they will be lodging an appeal, he has appeared on American TV but f*** the UK shareholders we are left in the lurch not knowing anything, it's only on here that we get information on Cine and that's thanks to other shareholders doing research, considering this guy is generally held in high esteem but he seems to be somewhat distancing himself from us..IMHO

Why the fascination about Cine being sold ? let's just be concerned about how things are going to pan out over the next 6 months .

Without sounding 'to silly' do we think this is going to £1 or bellow again?

'you now look rather silly ' when I suggested that the S P could go to £1 rather than the £2 that was being suggested at the time.

With good December numbers in the US would like to hear something from the board offering some reassurance as we move into a New Year. Mooky and Co have been very quiet since the outcome of the court case, like many LTH I'm down thousands £but cling on to the hope that Cine will come good .
Only a small private investor who's confidence in Cine is beginning to wane.
