Personally I think buying the Debenhams was a mistake and I know many will disagree, Debenhams had a older customer base and I think most of those customers are of the opinion that they have disappeared for good, not realising that they are in line and that's where the problem starts, no option now to go into a store to feel the material etc, and if not buying clothes Amazon will always be there, Boo's poor reputation is more knowledgeable with the older generation rather than the youngsters. That's my opinion only.

Surely we can't rely on the odd blockbuster to save Cine, needs a constant flow of movies that are going to bring in steady revenue, the 50+ age group probably won't be buying popcorn etc at the prices Cine charge, more likely to bring in their own food.

Simple question....being a non trader but a small holder in IAG, if it is anticipated that the SP will go down tomorrow, why has the buying activity and share price been increasing over the last few days, why dont the buyers wait until Friday? I am sorry if this question sounds to simplistic but we all have to start learning at some time.

After being out for a week i am back in again, only a few thousand shares but waiting to see what happens over the next few weeks.

Personally going to the Cinema as a treat, with everything going up a rise in the cost of cinema tickets would be a definite no, however if prices were reduced mid week by a substantial amount i am sure audience numbers will increase.

Hussartbr, I did sell up but fully intending to buy back in again, but will just wait to see how things pan out over the next few days/weeks/months. I hope Cine does come good for all long term holders and will soon contribute to the Ducati fund by an increase in SP, I just can't see how such a big company can go bust with such a promising future but many uncertainties at the moment, I feel better being out than in at the moment.
