dsrt - The last RNS at the bottom stated that gas export will be via 16" pipeline - the one they acquired from PE that ties into Northwest pipeline. It obviously needs a bit of TLC after being shut down by the regulator but could be online sooner than the new pipeline i think you are alluding to, which is the 6" one to green river.

Well they already overcame them in 16-2 and we’re about to see what that well can do when its not heavily choked back!

Does anyone know if Colin has mentioned anything about the pipe being procured for this pipeline? I remember in one of the RNS’s he alluded to long leads being ordered but dont recall if that was specific to 16-2?

Whiting looks the obvious candidate to take us out IMO. Why they selling us assets on the cheap to fund paradox? Has to have been some sort of discussions going on there!

Opec meeting on Wednesday. Looking highly likely for output cuts so we should see oil heading back towards $100 too!

Worth noting the below too from the well log data. Being able to complete 85% of the lateral is the game changer IMHO and makes this a different beast altogether vs relying on natural fractures like Tim has touched upon.

· The horizontal portion of the well penetrated 4,555 ft of the Cane Creek reservoir. Wireline log data suggests a high percentage of the lateral portion of the well (approximately 85 per cent) can be completed for production

I could be wrong but i dont think previous attempts in the paradox utilised the methods Zephyr are…ie long lateral hydraulically stimulated wells. They have already proven it on 16-2 as per the below so wouldnt concur about this being a huge risk!

“During the test, the well averaged rate-constrained daily rates of 716 barrels of oil equivalent per day (“boepd”), with rate-constrained highs of 1,083 boepd achieved with limited pressure drawdown.

· Initial simulation modelling suggests possible plateau rates of 2,100 boepd are possible when the well is fully equipped and no longer rate-constrained.”

6-7 prior to permits/drilling announcement was where i was expecting this to be. Once that news drops 8-10p IMHO.

Yes i am more than happy with how this is progressing . Today was a bit of news flow that i wasn't expecting and just shows how hard CH etc are working to deliver on the paradox. Its shaping up very nicely. How confident must they be to have done this!

Just need a couple miles of pipeline now to tie in to 11.9mile 6” gathering line and its game on for 16-2.

Looks like a very shrewd bit of business for not a lot of up front cost. All falling into place but think the drilling might move a bit to the right.

Is the company in the same place now as when you invested? ie Proven paradox reserves and successful flow trial? generating income from Williston? New Management?

Tend to agree Northern. 16-2 news, Permits, Rig contract, rig mobilisation. Can see it moving quickly through the gears on those bits of news.

You'd struggle to find any analyst that is correct 100% of the time and whilst I agree he can be a bit rampy I am aligned with his assessment of Zephyr. I think its pretty obvious what is holding this share back at the minute and when those pieces start falling into place it should do extremely well.

I hope malcy is spot on with this one. He certainly seems extremely confident on the direction of CH/Zephyr. I'd love to be a fly on the wall on the conversations they have before the interviews - possibly why he is so confident!!
