who is buying next week for more then todays price, these people waiting on the side to pay more, i don't understand, are they retail prop traders for private funds, buying up now to flip to int fund holders maybe middle east?
mind you ,the buyer Ugold via region of Moscow would have to take over the bonds or repay, big increase in interest rates in Moscow and difficult to get bonds in UK for POG, defo takeover coming up for POG, been on the cards for a while. its just how do UK share holders get paid if that happens, could be left holding shares unable to sell to the takeover bidder if in Moscow and the delisted...bit too lacking in knowledge to know how that would play out, so i jumped to amur yesterday, 2,27 out and 1.27 for amur in...im clueless...
strukov has transferred his 29% to hold in trust to region in Moscow, region are merged with another holder of POG in Moscow , both associated with a sanctioned Moscow bank, seems the move to drop out of index could to lead to a favorable takeover, and maybe a massive leap in share prices in next 6 months maybe over 20p for a bid to take over the company, how do you feel about that bargain hunters? would be easy enough to pay shareholders in London from Moscow still for a sanctioned Moscow bank? how would that work for UK sterling holders? lots of issues ahead here, but no doubt a massive jump in share price if a takeover does happen
true, been a holder for a couple of years i have. i live in hope.
bank just phoned back, i was given poor info, the shares will still be active on the London stock exchange next week, your right about that, but i decided not to reverse the trade and i reinvested in Amur minerals. not sure who will be buying the POG shares from next week or the short to medium term affect on the share price due to the lack of inclusion for POG, also bonds due in the 4th QTR, and being dual listed as well, i feel happier in Amur minerals. Amur are building from the bottom, can adapt to the sanctioned economy when developing the business model going forward.

yes you do
i too value the company as market cap of 2 billion minimum potential in next 3 to 5 years but reality bites, got to accept the truth and the set back and reinvest the proceeds, anyway all the best to you. take care.
well i don't understand your slang or how that is relevant to what i have posted here, but i was informed by my bank that the shares will be impossible to sell through their share dealing account brokers or market makers via London stock exchange market access from Monday, so in my particular bad situation, i understand the situation to be that i will not be able to sell the shares by the normal method.
have i dropped a bollxxx selling today then?
is it? please explain cheers
i have spoken to my share dealing brokers at a high st bank, as from close of business Friday the shares will not be able to be traded on the London stock exchange, the shares will be deleted at zero value, so if you are not sure, please contact your broker as they will have received official notification this morning from the FTSE group.
Hi, my first message on here, i felt the same horror as most LTH of pog this morning, i can reassure you that POG is being demoted from the FTSE 250 effective from 21/03.2022 and has been deleted from some ftse focused funds and portfolios but is not at this stage subject to any sanctioned based or market stability based action by ftse to remove or suspend the listing, the news article this mornings internet share news sites is quickly arranged and edited and inaccurate info scavenged from other sites by AI systems. POG is not being de listed or suspended as off today. Have a nice day ;)
