Adam Davidson, CEO of Trident Royalties, discusses offtake milestones and catalysts to boost FY24. Watch the video here.
I just want to ask if most people here are invested in other Miners or only Argo? I've just watched a YouTube video from "invest answers" called "Bitcoin Miners: Who Lives - Who Dies? Who's Best!" where he has a lot of data on Miners. At a bitcoin price of 63k only 3 miners are actually making profit for each coin they mine. It looks like Clsk is the best miner on a lot of metrics. They are holding most of their coins, and are aggressively increasing their hash rate. It was just released tonight and the research is very impressive, recommend you watch it if you have not. But yeah interested to know if anyone has also allocated some funds to other miners and if any others miners are at good price now vs future potential.
I take no interest in large buys. If you have a large stake, then you only need the price to rise by a small percentage and you've made thousands. They may then sell it all back to the market. Many people want a 20% rise or so before selling, but people using massive stakes maybe selling at 3%.
true, but at the same time they have never had such a strong product as this. im not worried about the price now, I'll just wait for the real game changing news later. any other news and I think you are right, it will go higher and then gradually retreat.
My sentiments exactly, I cant see myself ever breaking even here. IMM had a lot of potential and quite a few prospects in the pipeline but I personally will never spend another penny buying a stock here. I hope I am wrong and wake up one day to a high SP but I think there is more chance of getting struck by lightning.
It wasn't so long ago that FUM was trading in the teens for a very long time and nobody was 100% certain that news was coming. The derampers and the shorters descended on the board then tried to force the price down and convince everyone that FUM was in a death spiral. what was remarkable was how long the SP was stable given that FUM is a bit of a rollercoaster at the best of times. I think its possible that some shorters got caught out when the news hit and the price went crazy. Some people were visibly frustrated about how stable the SP was in the teens as they would have expected the SP to go down after so long without any news, and people just getting bored and selling etc. Anyway, nothing will change, this board has always had serious derampers, not on the level of LB but it has certainly always had them.
martinelwick - doesn't matter if you block him or not mate. He will just create other accounts to have discussion with himself. I suspect he has already done so. Ive held FUM for a very long time so I know which posters comments are worth reading. I have not got time for anyone who ramps or de-ramps with no balance. I never taken any note of them rampers that just post price predictions all week either. Although not as bad as LB as at least they don't spam the board with links that have no relation to the situation.
jackbogle - nobody knows mate what will happen in the future, but he doesnt have any balance and most of what he posts is nonsense that has no relation. I've seen some derampting in my time on AIM but never anything so blatant and on the level of LB. The SP can either go up or down in the future. he has got a 50% chance of being right so he may well have the last laugh, but that doesnt take away from the fact that he is continually posting nonsense.
dgdg1 - well yeah that is one of the strategies LB uses. very long winded posts with links and articles to things that are well out of date and links to articles to support nonsense points that are effectively comparing apples to oranges. It is a waste of time to read them and respond to his nonsense and that is what he is banking on. makes his nonsense look scientific and good. But in reality not worth wasting your time and responding. all you need to do is to your own relevant research. who has time to read all these articles that he keeps posting that are irrelevant to the current situation.
I'm nearly 100% up after buying at start of this month. I didn't think it could be so quick here.
Just wish I bought more as its just a small holding. Now, what I normally do is sell out my stake here so im on a free ride with the profit. But seriously, how much potential has this got. May have to break my rule and sell out my stake later. any ideas on a target price? I know long term this has got seriously legs so not talking about selling all shares, just taking stake money out.
zahirmiahoutlook - I am not sure if we will sail through 50p this week but I am confident we will get there. yes the director buys were a huge signal. I am down on this stock but not at all worries. I bought well below what the directors bought at. Additionally, there is just too much potential in this one. Even without the director buys I wouldn't be worried long term.
The Gild price does seem silly, but thats what worries me. With all the potential there and all the great news they have had, the SP should be miles higher. so something is holding it back. What happens when they hit a period of not such great news. Unfortunately on AIM you just see so many firms undervalued and so many explode on nothing. I will probably take a punt at some point though as I do like to invest in things that could be big in the future.
I actually want to buy some shares in Gild as I do think Esports can only get bigger. But at what price to buy in is the difficult thing. They seem to be having their SP held back and I can only assume that the seed funders are selling their Shares on any little rise, or even just in dribs and drabs so they don't completely crash the price. I got a feeling the SP could get much lower before it takes off. Is anyone else interested in investing in Gild and have a target price for entry in mind?
True, I don't think Liam is Ody. Ody was direct. But with Liam there is no point even trying to have a conversation with him. The way he twists everyones words is politician like. I too am pretty sure its a team now who feed him all this stuff. This amount of comments in this short space of time is not normal, and especially on a bank holiday. He even twisted the words of someone who told him to relax and have a beer into another subtle dig at FUM. I don't mind people stating the negatives on FUM of which there are plenty, but people need to have a realistic balanced argument which of course LB does not do. He just twists and exaggerates everything and tries to compare apples with oranges. Anyway never mind, enjoying the FUM ride and the comments from real posters.
BOJO2020 - I am doing very well with RMM and was looking for some more involved with Copper as I do think it will be more in demand in the future. Before I start researching BZT what do you think its chances are? is it because of the lockdown that the price has fallen from 4p? any other info about them is welcome.
Helloclouds - absolutely and its sensible to de-risk even when a share looks a dead cert. This is AIM and anything can happen. I originally invested because of MED3000 and had never in my opinion seen a share with so much potential. I ignored all the derampers when it was going down as I remembered why I bought in the first place. And as you probably know, even before LB, our board was swamped with shorters at times spouting absolute nonsense. It was tempting to hold all my shares when it went to 75p + but I decided to de-risk and sell my stake. I now profit whatever happens. Its just by how much which is the interesting part and due to the potential I will not sell until I see a massive return or I will most of it if FUM never gets there. will wait and see.
