What concerns me more is there last sentence on Principal 7, Board Evaluation: "There is currently no focus for the Board on succession planning although this will be kept under review. " Hang on a minute, I wish FG a long and healthy life but he is fricking approaching 70 gents!! I appreciate that this is more of a trade than a LTH / invest stock but the lack of comms and some pithy wording in their corporate governance does not fill me with the much confidence. If their corporate governance is questionable at best, would this not suggest the same of their security/cyber controls and IP governance.

Agree with that. This does highlight that FG is no spring chicken at 68... I'm not being ageist it's just it would be good to see of know of some form of succession planning if any..??? this share hinges on one individual that's not in the foothills anymore.....

Thank you for highlighting the 36m of liabilities that they carry. I've been watching this for a while and this has made me concerned and see their (Brainspark Associates ltd) late confirmation statement yet to file, due on the 17.06.22. I'm looking for real developments since their rebranding...

NV will be key to watch on a day to day basis over the coming weeks imo. Why, just look at how Advance Energy volumes traded the day before its imploding RNS and how it would have been reversed if the well was viable (luckily not invested). Hopefully the bid/ask will come back into single digits. GLA

Been tracking and considering dipping a small amount of my "high" (highest) risk allocation here. I generally do not invest in wildcat drillers (ok it was a neglected field but still...) but as such stocks should be traded on speculation, is this worth considering..? Concerned with the definition of "near term" too.

Thinking of topping up but lack of any director (the new / whats left of them) share buys these last 18 months and 1 operational well (with a lowering pressure) remains a concern. Presumably the licenses held (from historic analysis reports - not that any can be truly trusted imo though) POO futures counter this, anything else...? Is there a website that provides spread data for aim stocks? Morning Star do thinnest / widest spread on stocks but you can’t rear view the spread on a single stock easily. Try and trade at 3pc max but should have canned that when sub 1p and accepted the 10% spread - doh.. Thanks.
