My main conclusion is that sole D renumeration + Co income (near zero on current and previous acc years) = lifestyle Co for D.

He is a former university professor that could not dream of such a salary structure at his old institutions.

Loving the R&D, actually just the R, forget the D. Universities are overrated and don’t pay do they FG.

No revenue equals nominal value. There is no commercial product here gents and as some are realising - miners are finding efficiency savings themselves as they’re reinvesting sh funds proceeds into this space. Argo have circa £50m of gross revenue. Does FG have a track record of generating cash flow positive businesses…Valuation of businesses is boring and procedural but you get to see the wheat from the chaff. GLA. DYOR

With 22/jamrock - We need hard facts. I want QBT to succeed, I really do, however my concerns :

1. this “honourable nature” that some bestow upon FG. Remember that his main stable has been as a professor where you’re given relative freedom to set your own research goals, no hard deadlines (which we’re seeing!), freedom to collaborate, long-term research goals… Could we not be seeing a professor than wants a CEO salary which would not be available in a university research setting..?

2. Academics skew towards technical aspects, rather than market potential, business planning, and strategic fit and financing. I’m not convinced the recent NED’s provide this.

3. Timing of decisions and announcements is a clouded and conflicted area for FG for reasons already mentioned on this board.

I hope FG can navigate the above along with other matters.

Interesting if an RNS comes out over the next week. My hunch is that this is rumour and that nothing material has changed, with a low technical support level sucking newbies/traders in without looking deeply into accounts/governance/Brainspark/water park/legal claim among others. DYOR

I suggested sideways to March earlier today in a post, but see we've closed at 0.88. In July 21, the SP went to 0.86. Next support level after that appears to be 0.65 from February.

In light of 600's post, is anyone aware of any succession planning on FG's part... Is this the partial reason for the NED's..

22 - you’re right. The RNS had a lot of padding with little factual hard data. It was UP TO 30% too and as mentioned elsewhere, advancement in cool systems could come close to this..IBM and other large mcap’s are in this space, providing more transparency, with a robust balance sheet for starters.
