As each month passes by that number increases, if gold price and production remain the same, we will reach a point where we can fund Havieron from cash. That means the risk of dillution is removed. No need for loans, which can be a killer for mining companies. A big loan and drop in gold prices has killed lots of companies. Every day is getting brighter.

Next Thursday GGP will have over $400 million in cash AUD. We are earning roughly $70 million AUD a month at the present rates. If SD can keep this level of production, recovery and gold price remains elevated as it is then borrowing will not be needed. Every day likes this is a blessing. The gold price could drop like a stone if the tariff issues is resolved. The bigger the cushion we create the better.

My understanding is that the raise will be small, just big enough to meet the ASX requirements, SD has stated multiple times that he wants it to be self funded. Looking at gold prices and free cash flow, another quarter we will have nearly $600 million AUD in reserve. Get a year at these rates we will have the money to fund Havieron outright without using any of the borrowing facillities. Improvement in recovery plus addition of other pockets of gold at Telfer and nearby tenements SD could increase the gold production closer to 500Koz. So far he has exceeded the forecasts for gold production.

Every month GGP augments the current production forcast with sources from other locations plus the increases in recovery rates makes GGP stronger and more investable company. We still have the issue with the Aquifer at Havieron. GGP know how big this is. The gold price can fall fast so making as much hay as we can makes sense.

I did a rough EPS,Earnings per share. Free cash minus tax @ 30% / number if shares gives an EPS of approx 2.1p

PE is SP/EPS giving us a current PE of 7

PE of 11 will give us an SP of 23.1p

PE of 27 will gives us an SP of 56.7

I think 27 is unrealistic PE, a PE of 15 is reasonable whic will give us an SP of 31.5

TRadesr and sellers are getting confidence they can get a higher price for the shares. They are pushing the bar higher constantly. Many traders will want to be out over the weekend, It is the traders physcology so there may be a sell off later today. Hopefully we will be higher than when we started this morning. I would like to be over 12 but I am confident that will happen next week if it does not happen.

33koz is a $100million a month, $1.2 billion annually, costs being 50% is $600 million earnings, £464million gbp. Earnings per share 3.5p gvings us a P/E of 3.2
