Always wise to be cautious but IMHO I consider it negative to the extreme to expect none of the tenders to be won, any one of which will significantly impact on performance, in addition Globe is a separate topic, but one which contributed to the contract award. The March RNS suggested that the corner has been turned but always wary of how the sp was trashed last time on the back of a poor RNS. As always DYOR and make your own decisions.

They must have been sitting just below the threshold to have acquired the extra to tip them over in such thin trading volumes and the price has reacted quite nicely, bodes well for when this one returns to favour with stock so tightly held

So the price was taken down to accommodate this purchase and everything else in the last few days is a buy as well. Still at least it shows confidence from the directors
