A great day for SEE, where will this go when /if RNS land assuming Mr Safestocks is correct, again? Anybody still believe a cheap sale, whatever that is, is going to happen? And, after today, what is cheap?

30p,or even 50p, would be cheap purely for the auto side of the group if/when NCAP/EU come good. SEE is not just auto, there are at least four other parts of the business of at least one, Fleet, it has been mooted is worth 30p a share as a stand alone business. What the other parts of the business are worth is open to discussion. As for the value of the IP and R&D, name your price. Yes, we may get sold out on the cheap but after NCAP maybe cheap will be 89p a share as per the recent Safestocks article.

Not that 300 million shares being sold into the market has anything to do with the depressed share price (Hunter Hall surely didn't hold the price back last year, did it?) and the market makers will be very well aware of. Or that the brokers (as Zequic noted) may be holding off until NCAP sounds off. All these conspiracies going round, it's like watching reruns of the X Files. I prefer going by facts, not what Fox or Nellie whisper!!

I have over 20 years of financial services (not sales) experience, including for a short time (1 year) working for the the regulatory body of the time. And I am quoting the rules /law. Whether the FCA does its job is another matter. So, less of the sarcasm, sometime the FCA may act.

Nice story... However, as the company, as per market rules, has to disclose any financially sensitive information to the market, the only way SEE could hold back news is if there was no news ie the contract(s) haven't been signed yet. Hopefully, soon. Anything other than disclosure, assuming contracts have been signed, would constitute a criminal act within the UK. I suspect the same applies in Australia. Unless you're implying the contracts haven't been signed as the reasonable offer is on the table but these things usually leak and for sure the share price and market activity doesn't reflect that!

If SEE are awarded contracts that are financially significant, it is obliged to report it, just as it did on 30/10/2017. Yes, the OEM was not named, but the contract win was reported. So, I expect a number of similarly worded RNS ' in the future (hopefully some sooner than later) which will give the market more certainty on future earnings. And then, maybe we'll be priced more in line with our expectations?

I agree. With the continuous pressure on NHS costs and with Sensium showing the savings possible, one would think it would be an easy sale, unless the glitches are still to be ironed out? Also, we're talking about the NHS and they are not known to rush these decisions! But, when they do........

Yep sure is. The last significant news release was the half yearly report on 25/09, 3 and a half months ago. Hardly surprising the price is directionless what with the lack of news!! At this rate, the next significant news will be the full year report ((
