The picture I got from today26 Jan 2022 21:15
I had a good close listen as today's pod cast was going on, because like most other shareholders, I was hoping to hear something we did not already know, that would set the SP alight, and break it out of this current range.
-
-There it was,---- layer after layer of good gas bearing sands stacked one on top of another, and the volume of our reserves just getting larger and larger-----great.
-Then a glance around the near drill site, showed even more prospects---especially, (to my untrained eye), the deep O sands to the left of An 1 well------which was skipped over a little in the presentation, but looked huge to me.
The rest of the license block (and the licenses we are hoping to sign for), again looked stuffed full of high cos prospects----------what more could we want.
-
-Well there was more-----$1 bill potential each of for two of our other ventures-----fantastic.
-
--So where to start ?-------------and here comes the kicker.
-
-It was said a couple of times in that presentation, that other exploration will wait until after we have got our production from these first discoveries, up and running------------EVERTHING was geared to getting these opening wells into super quick production, and that should generate cash which would then allow us to try for further projects and prospects.
-
-Great, fantastic, the quicker the better--------except it's not.
-
-If you listened right through to the end today----just about the last five mins----there came that quick bit of muttering that always seems to come at the end of good news.
-
-First production should be at the end of 2024 going in to 2025---------"is our aggressive best guess".............. (or words similar to that------it's not on the replay)----"we need everything to work out perfectly for this to happen"
-
-well in my experience, life never does work out perfectly, and it will always be trying to kick you where it hurts--------------so lets be realistic,--- anything could happen over the next three years so maybe we should give Char a bit of wriggle room and add 6--12 months on to this first production date.-----That will leave us looking at 2025--2026 before first gas (do that and then you will not be disappointed when the normal problems pop up), and that means at least end of 26 before we earn a full years income.
-
-Now we look to pay back our Capex and interest----Jimmy's guess is two years---mine is three------either way that's 2028/29, before we finally have "spare cash"---so i'm not looking for any kind of a Divi before then.
-
-Also that restricts us from ploughing into our other two good ventures, as unless we borrow even more cash, we will not have money to finance them, and they could be left on the back burner, until we are producing gas and earning money.
-
-I can't see either of those two ventures sitting still that long, so i'm expecting others to be putting up the cash, by way of JV's, to get them going.-----but that's not our immediate priority acco
