No need to panic. Cashing in on Employee Incentive Trust Scheme. Badly thought out, badly managed and totally not challenging enough to incentivise anyone to add shareholder value.. Got rid of one CFO who couldn't manage the Scheme and clearly introduced another who can't. Not catastrophic but needs some serious sorting out!

Still not made the Senior Management changes required to move the business forward. Cut some unnecessary positions which has reduced cost however needs to increase the capability of the Senior Management team to take the step up now required. SM should consider bringing in a CEO with experience of this size of business not large corporate. Still a good time to buy as it can only improve.

Looks like holding is the best option. Not sure why you would sell when its clear that there is movement up. You are still making comments so I guess that means you may still have an interest?

Start believing! The share price shows the reality. Not delivered on previous projections on sales etc. Something needs to change starting at the top. You can only rely on investors money for so long to prop up the business.

Although there are slight rises in the share price its not sustained. There have been changes made in some less operationally significant roles but no real change. The production facility at Nelson has seen no significant improvement since restructuring since 13/14 and this is beginning to slow business and sales progress. The Senior Management roles are just a shuffling of existing resource which is struggling to change and increase capability of business. Time for the CEO to loosen his grip and bring in fresh talent with a new strategy and ideas. It needs capability of someone who can manage this size of business not a big Corporate. The Company is still good and the product. The capability of the top line management is lacking as it has been for a couple of years now. if the share price is to rise significantly there has to be some visible changes made,

The share price is dropping so no one is convinced clearly. The £1 price is just fantasy. Any company who runs a Share Incentive Plan on revenue alone is deeply flawed. The bottom line is key as you could spend limitless amount of investors money on driving revenue but cripple the business on costs. Rewarding a Senior Management Team that lacks the capability to take the business forward is bad strategy. A change is needed at the highest level or the share price will plummet through lack of confidence. Not too late but will be soon!

Not the type of management required. Needs more capable Senior Managers at Operational levels not figureheads from the past with GSK big business background. Share price fall reflects this The brand is good but failing from lack of management skills.

Increasing capability of science and product development. Still needs major changes in Senior Management. No capability in existing team to take the business forward. Someone needs to make tough pragmatic decisions as soon as possible to prevent share price sliding back further. The opportunity is still there with the right Senior Management.

Personal attacks don't help. Just look at the capability of the Senior Managers. Once this changes performance will improve.

It is clear that there is not sufficient Senior Management ability. Launching in the US in July with no US Sales Manager in place still advertising. Not thought through as there is a lack of International expertise. Share price continues its decline. Action is required now to change the Management Team.

The market is the decider on how a business is performing. The share price reflects this. Downing is in deep so any negative feedback from that quarter would devalue their investment considerably. The fact is the current Managament have taken the business as far as it can go. There is not the capability to reach the next level within that team or its leader. At some stage someone needs to acknowledge this. It's not defeat just change.

Product is great. Production efficient. The time has come to change Senior Management. FD lasted a year Marketing Director similar time in post several other key position holders 'left' as the current management resist change. The current CEO and Senior Management do not have the capability to improve business performance. This is reflected in the fall in share price over the last 12 months. A CEO who is used to big business support GSK will always struggle in this size of commercial environment. Not a personal attack just simple economic fact.
