Its gone very quite from SIS management worrying??

Needs some real action to reduce costs. A business paying out so much and not making any profit is in trouble. Top level management needs restructuring and some reorganisation. The usual wait for profit is wearing a bit thin now after over 5 years! It’s basic business don’t spend more than you make. Fantastic sales are no use if your costs are so high.

Alfista no dispute that on line sales are key however the margin on costs against sales is clearly not good enough. This is a fact borne out by no profits. You might think it’s boring but for the many small investors who have kept faith for a few years it is worrying! Costs need reviewing and that includes the management structure a large slice of the costs is pay and reward for this population.

Basically great potential. Needs to review top heavy management team and bring in a CEO to review current structure to drive cost efficiences. A review of the share bonus scheme would help as well as the whole pay and reward at Senior Level. Still a fan but unless there is change at the top confidence by investors will fall along with share price.

Might be misreading but does the RNS say a big buy from a blue-chip institution? if so then a positive.

Thanks to LSE for pointing me in the right direction for share chat. Lots of activity after half year update. I guess hanging on until September when full information is available would be sensible before going for profit. As noted large investors buying so a positive sign!

Think you will find this is a current or ex-employee who has received sharers under the incentive scheme cashing in. Investors will always money around especially in this volatile market. SIS shares standing up better than most!

The share price dropped due to the expansion of the business. Not seen a business yet where the SP has not dropped on an issue, SIS has fared well and for sure the price will rise. Just need patience this is long term and potentially prime target for a takeover.

It makes perfect sense if you need expertise then acquisition is sensible to gain whats key to success. Share price will always dip on issue of shares but inevitably rise again no panic. Perfect time to buy at low price.

Good news for investors who have stayed faithful during peaks and troughs. Assuming production and logistics are robust then a massive market! Hopes for £1 plus share price looks on track.

Good half year results showing Core Business in profit for first time. The focus of online sales is key where many other retailers have failed to respond to customers habits. The only way now can be up as has been the overall business plan. For those who have been patient and those now wishing to take advantage of the low share price the rewards will come.

Makes perfect sense to have the Company registered at its HQ. Separates the Manufacturing/Production from Central Functions which clearly are better placed at HQ.

Investors and shareholders shouldn't be too worried about Directors on the SIP cashing in on their shares. It doesn't reflect on the effectiveness or robustness of the business just on the need to review the whole scheme that was totally mismanaged by a former FD.

Not sure what the issue is with a hedge fund investing? If its short term then they must believe the share price will rise dramatically and the performance of the business as well. If its medium to long term then clearly they still see a substantial return. Either way shareholders can chose to sell or retain at anytime. Same that applies to any Company AIM or otherwise!. Its for individuals to balance risk against gain.

Still lots of issues within the business to resolve but with up and coming results looking positive. Great time to buy!

Optimum time to buy at this price. Despite short comings ,which will be resolved, �1+ before end of year.

Clearly sales growth is good. The issue lies as always with the Senior Management who do not have the capability or experience to reduce costs in this size of business. It will require a complete change of management at the highest level who are not just big corporate experienced in a company which doesn't have the revenue which is why losses are increasing. The change will have to come and when it does profits will rise.
