From what I've followed to date and to address your point Thaiflyer doesn't the companies house activity release the company from the second bullet point of the agreement made in the RNS you posted

' Motif Inc. has granted Hercules a perfected security interest in all of its intellectual property'

So the idea being that money has been paid to release the Hercules claim over the IP with the hopeful notion that this means a sale or RTO has been agreed.

Hey everyone. Reading through SEE linkedin and they shared an article a week ago suggesting that we were working with six automakers in various stages. The comment was attributed to Nick DF so should be fairly reliable I would have thought, even if an NDA blocked a name you could surely say the number you were working with.

Sounds like from what I've picked up on here there is GM, Ford, Mercedes, Byton so who are the other two and/or do you think there are others?

Just wanted to challenge a perception that reduced car sales in 2020 due to Covid being a bad thing. I see this as being a long term positive as it's likely to create a buying surge at a later point in time where more vehicles are equipped with driving assist technologies.

Also and purely in my own opinion, the ability to work from home and live in more exotic and remote locations re-energises the demand for cars full stop, the move will be away from cities, again a long term positive for the industry.

You can thank me for the USA raises, i've been asking any USA trader/analysts on social media comments sections what they know about SEE and the SAFE act. Every little helps haha

I haven't seen much discussion or note about DeepScale (a Tesla acquired startup in 2019) and I wondered if those in the know could explain whether or not they would likely evolve into competition for SEE.

I get that a lot of their focus seems external to the vehicle rather than driver facing but a lot of their focus seems to be around Elons updated vision for autopilot which seems to talk a lot more about using cameras and machine learning to enhance autonomous driving.

Just curious and even if they were likely to get involved I wouldn't see it as a negative, looking at past acquisitions Elon seems restrictive on them working with other OEMs so if anything news that they were working in this space would probably bring further exposure to the sector.

As shareholders of this business should we or could we be doing more to publicise the company, its activities and the potential links to upcoming regulation and safety. It seems to me that the share price moves fairly significantly with tiny volumes and there is a frustration that this wider investment community and general population overlooks the company and sector. Is there anything that we could do to raise awareness of the company without falling foul of regulations? Should we be reposting linkedin content, posting on Reddit forums and encouraging more people to come to their own conclusions about the business?

For me as someone who had untreated OSA for a long time i strongly believe in the product principals and i feel personally invested in any technology that would help save lives as i've seen the impact it has on peoples lives. Just a thought anyways, i'm certainly not an experienced investor and wouldn't condone anything that falls foul of the law...

Another good thing is that there didn't seem a lot of truly marketable new features, they yabbered on about a folding laptop try format least a few minutes haha so this is something that will be harder to replicate. Let's hope it's reflected tomorrow...
