Noticed a couple of interesting things for the first time:-

Project Oxygen - PMJH any chance you could do a search on this? Wondering if this was a gov based codeword or perhaps with EMA also to disguise SNG commercial interests...

OSCI levels - so the phase 3 will only recruit from a more ill subset (level 4) rather than phase 2 (levels 3/4) but we actually had a higher proportion of sicker patients than the placebo group in the phase 2 trials so if the results continue this shouldn't be an issue.

Thank goodness this wasn't a 7am RNS, it's taken about 4 hours for people to vaguely digest just some of the machinations of this news and we still have no idea what will happen next.

Have to say I'm disappointed around the phase 2 trial setup and data. It's seeming clearer to me that despite the obvious promise that the treatment showed it had enough in built issues to make early approval very difficult.

If it went to £10 tomorrow i'd probably cash in about 30-35% of my shares to lock in a return and profit on my investment and shift it into Seeing Machines before that skyrockets, i'd happily let the rest of it ride for the bigger returns with SNG with its enduring potential over and above your 1-1.5bn valuation

I've never been so confident in the ability of SEE to make so many people on here either millionaires and multi millionaires. For me the writing is on the wall and it is literally just about waiting now, I appreciate that this has already been a long term investment for some and there may even be another few bumps in the road but we are backing such a strong horse and we are still in the parade ring at the moment, plenty of time to shine.

Those questions were posed to them back in August when the trial record was updated, they said it was an administrative update. The trial record clearly says it is now a pivotal trial and stated a higher number 820 total across both arms and says that it was still recruiting.

I agree with you that it was RNS worthy as it removes the need for an expensive and time consuming phase 3 pending successful results

Surely you could have emergency use approval in a hospital setting in advance of the home trial completing?

Also I'm sure they said that a pivotal stage trial could finish early if initial results were compelling enough

There was something posted the other day about virtual wards for covid treatments with a specific focus on treatment in care homes it was cofounded by Tom Wilkinson so if imagine was related to that...

I'm really surprised by people's valuations here, £7-10 a share is an improvement on today obviously but if we are right in what we think it is then I see the opportunity is so much bigger.

It seems people are constrained because of our current size and I'd use the analogy of a gold prospector. You don't value the gold you find based on who found it!

So what are you expecting to be positive Oranolio1 as we aren't part of it? Vindication of Interferon Beta 1A but isn't our key discriminator the method of delivery and being pH neutral?

It's what was speculated on here after an 'administrative' update to the trials website but it was never confirmed by the company. Also included in the same update that the trial was now 'pivotal' meaning there wouldn't be a need for a phase 3 if results held up.

The last time I made a prediction on an RNS I got 2 out of 3 correct to the exact day so without any evidence and out of hope I now predict the following for the rest of the week.

Wednesday - Share price closes above 200
Thursday - TR1 with increased stakeholding
Friday - Peer review RNS

I appreciate that this is unfounded speculation purely for fun so please don't take it too seriously but at the same time do cross your fingers...

The thing that I can't reconcile is that if we assume that the silence is because the government is fully aware and supportive but can't mention ahead of approval, then why is SNG asking for government help in the RNS to fill the at home trials. It just doesn't make sense.

Please share far and wide, i think this could help a lot of people with the current Covid outlook only looking like it will get worse quickly. A recent trial of a drug originally aimed at Asthma and COPD sufferers has shown great promise in treating Covid symptoms and helping recovery with no limitations (including from Long Covid. They have extended this trial for those 65 and over (or 50+ with certain pre-existing conditions) and if you're in this group with a confirmed positive test for Covid within 7 days then you can take part from your own home.
