Your seriously comparing PHE to DKE? It has IP which will be worth a fortune in time and HoT with DMG Tech in Poland and are working closely with PEEL in the Uk. Shareholders KNOW whats going on there, is it slow? Yes sure, but the destination is known. Now lets look at DKE:
Supported Living - Binned
Cash in bank - Dwindling
Rumors of RTO as a cash shell - Dead on arrival
Buy and Leaseback of multi million pound commercial Properties to massive orgs - Seriously?
So now we are at JV with HSKB..... its a house in a housing estate established last year with nothing on their books and together they want to BID for CPI linked long dated income contracts. Lets be clear they dont have ANY contracts, they WANT contracts, thats not the same thing.
Then you have ramping statements like "meeting its target of growing to a £100m plus business." Teachers set kids tasks like this at school, What do you want to be when you grow up, "I want to be an astronaut".
Like I have said before I really liked the idea of care homes on university campuses, but since then all I have seen is capital raising with no actual prospect of anything imminent in terms of returns. And this 50% JV scares the crp out of me as it feels like a way to shift and shield resources from DKE to a private limited company with direct connections to the BoD who will be only too aware of the dilution faced to date and likely in future.
