N. Korea main export is arm sales if they miniaturise a nuke they will threaten to sell it if they are not given alternative source of income. Targeted strike is the next step unless China cuts off oil supply IMO.

It's no biggie there always firing them towards Japan, but their sixth nuclear test would suggest that they mean business. Obviously US doesn't want all out war, but I can see a limited strike on their nuclear testing facilities and perhaps Kim himself if they retaliated.
