Could well be, but really strange to see really decent back to back rises, particularly on the relatively weak volumes seen today.

Something is driving it up other than your usual 10-20% traders IMO.

Totally agree, I think we got a double slap from ICE 2 and more favourable opportunities elsewhere. Judging by the recent volumes it appears that some profits are beginning to be reinvested here. Hopefully DW is paying close attention and will reveal more on the conventional side in the short term if anything to keep volumes relatively high during the run up to the upcoming drill or drills.

They use cfds to punt against SP movements and will change their sentiment to suite the direction they’re looking for. I suspect most will turn positive or not as negative now that we seem to have hit the floor at 1p. Whether we drift back down is down to DW. Hopefully he’ll start to help us pump back up with more news on the conventional picture whilst also keeping us informed on ICE 3??

Too true, just hope not too many were daft enough to sell today. I had I chance to double up and took it. Will be touching 2p in jiffy IMO. Very encouraged with the recent ANN and clearly we’re in a much better position 8 months on from the last low.

It’s definitely an opportunity and grabbed some at 2.2c + 1.29p. I don’t remember anyone bad mouthing UKOG, a lot here have a bit in both as often when one is up the other is down so a good way to accumulate by constantly moving in and out. Not for me though, as I prefer longer term picture here, but wish them well all the same.

Best I could manage was 2.2c, but seemed a bit manipulated after hours.

Lefty you don't need to get any oil out, as you can get someone else to do that, hence the farm out processes.

The trick is to grab the land when oil price is shot to bits and nobody else is buying....Well done DW!!

I guess in some ways we're like real estate agents, buy the land on the cheap, tart it up with a bit of 3d then flip it.

Also SP has sailed past 4p twice now, with just a sniff of oil in them little beakers.

That's what I like about this share, multiple opportunities over multiple timelines to make some serious cash.

Well relatively speaking, as it did drop further.

However it was simply gapped down on the ASX on open from 3.2 cents to 2.6 cents and good sentiment is what's hopefully going to fill that gap in good speed...all being well.

Looking good atm, purely based on current buying optimism.

I agree looking good on the SP front.

Maybe we should say "At some point going forward this is GIVEN" purely due to the asset and the impressive level of expertise that the 4/5 JV / partnerships will bring to the table.

Surely this is the start of the next big US oil boom on the North Slope with 88E at the helm and we're buying chunks of it for buttons (well relatively speaking).

I suppose that's the advantage of our massive acreage position + with the permian running out of pipe we may look attractive to one of the lower 48 shale players with all the current data we have + decent proximity to an under filled TAPS.

Fingers crossed for a silver lining for the unconventional play, as the conventional PROSPECTS appears to be already doing well..

Exactly Mike, from my perspective seems more than OK with now 2 potential farm outs, Yukon and the new partnership with oil sentiment still going good.

I guess the dream of hitting the big time overnight has been pushed out a tad, but surely we can still do well over the long term. Time will tell!!

I reckon a shut in is likely, so still loads to play for.

Also going by DW's comments the now ICE3 farmout is looking more likely, particularly as our funds will be going on conventional.

We'll lose a lot of control, but at least we'll still have exposure and that should be more SP supportive in the near term, assuming a deal is done this year.
