Neither this or the previous post has any bearing on the Future SP because wishing won't make either happen. I recall a time when the SP was languishing in the 400s a regular poster spouting that he was selling as the SP would drop further. It didn't it went on to 630+ was he wrong yes because he did not foresee positive developments. So the rise happened due to good news, the original poster disappeared for some while also good news. I myself didn't see any good reason why the SP should drop after the results. They did, was I wrong IMHO I wasn't, quite simply because there is no good reason for this drop. If anyone can present a GOOD! reason please do so. But not market conditions bla bla bla.

I trade some as mentioned but the bulk I keep longer term. Can't complain about RMG it's been good to me.

Thank you furrycoat. I am a mere mortal and don't even try to judge the upper and lower limits. Today I thought I might get in at 515 but didn't have time to hang around and play. I decided to buy and as it happens they rose then dropped. I dont worry about short term developments as they majority of my holdings are longer term. I just keep a small batch for the fun of trading. Some I win some I dont.

I posted the 5.90 buy as I usually do. If you check the dates you will see it went on to 630 plus. Same as your advertised sell during the 400s Ouuuuuch

I'm sure you will understand if I don't wish you well with the sub 500 purchase. Selling at 480 or holding at 630 both easy to criticise with hindsight. Fact is when shares are being manipulated it's in the lap of the Gods.

Thank you Jonjo maybe manipulation nothing more. 530 now so already climbed 13 from today's low of 517. Had whatever dire news gone away no don't think so. But if the SP RETURNS to yesterday's close someone has made 30 a share

I shall therefore wait them out. My range is 329.87 - 590.20 fortunately running at a profit albeit reduced. My pockets aren't as deep as they were but have no need for cash in the foreseeable future as I'm not into superscars. If it was all rising profits it would take the fun away. I love shardealing and find the camaraderie of most here very pleasant. Thumbs Up.

Or that's the excuse. In order to drive SP lower, to shake the tree, to do the hoovering, then at some point take the profits when the SP has risen. That's the positive from all this. They do this to buy shares and take their profits later. We know therefore the intention ia to drive SP back up.

We have two players that were previously of opposing views. Now they are aligning. What caused the seismic shift, ??? Mike was on the ball when he stated previously "I think the volatility in this SP is more a case of funds and traders constantly manipulating the price up and down to keep buying in and out and in again, for regular, short term profit taking. (But I probably don't know what I'm talking about!)
