That has been the case since day 1. when institutions were offered a deal that we private investors could only dream of.

The chips were stacked against us and I for one am happy to be out. I now hold only the initial certificated shares.

My thoughts exactly Jake. I decided to sell and did so recently. I still keep my eye on them though. Just out of habit but stress free :-)

Easier to just sell the buggers, done and dusted. Who needs stress and uncertainty.

But in the meanwhile they bounced between approx 129 - 620 pence. I last bought 24/09/23 @ 264.98

My decision recently was to sell. Good decision or bad but you don't go bust while taking profits.

NEWD. It's been a pleasure to communicate with the majority here. You of course stand out for your sound viewpoint and humour on many occasions.

I have to be honest in that I would miss the interactions with many here. However for the time being my possession of the initial shares gives me legitimate membership.

Thank you Derek. I sincerely hope that those who "stick with it" are rewarded. There will be no regrets from me. I could buy back if there was a substantial drop but doubt I would.

Agreed Mike, As you will gather my choice was being tied in with no influence either way. Or sitting with cash.

Obviously I could lose out but I'm not concerned by the possibility of a small gain. But what if they do pump and dump?

After the "dump" would be a nice time to buy in, been there done that.

I recall sometime ago when the word was that the SP was about to fly. JB and I were in discussion here and my comment was "I'm selling" I believe JB did the same, I hope so, I bought back much lower.

I'm not saying I haven't lost out on occasions but if we sit and twiddle we risk getting burned.

It was a considerable sum circa £126,000 but was excess to needs and why it's been in IDS for a long period.

My decision was based on security. There is far too much fiddling going on and has been from day one. I did not feel that the interests of the common man/ woman are secured.

This share can go either way which includes plummeting if the deal is unsuccessful. My peace of mind is attained by taking my money off the table.

Couldn't be happier today.

JB. Thank you for taking the time to say cheerio and the sentiments are reciprocated. We faced all sorts here, some appalling individuals but others that could be interesting and amusing even if not on the same page.

After many years I have decided to leave the corrupt environment which has prevailed as a shareholder of this Company.

Sold all today @3.6436. Fortunately showing a reasonable profit.

I still hold the initial paper share issues which will also be gone soon enough. So end of a period that has been full of drama. Must say though it's been fun to be on this board.

The SP range has moved within a band of 1.5p during recent days. It is of course unrealistic to wish for a SP that is not being manipulated constantly.

Billy, It's important to consider, those that have the power to influence SP also have the power to influence media reports.

Is it in their interest for the takeover to fail ???

Should the deal be accepted there will follow a set period before the Company is delisted. During this period shares can be sold.

PP. I am well into profit at current SP and it's a serious amount by my standards. So I could sell, shake the dust off and move on, far safer than holding.

But, I hate the though that my selling helps to bring about the demise of our Company.

It's more corrupt than "sad" we are having our Company stolen in broad daylight. The current action is merely an extension of countless previous acts. There has been manipulation from the outset but unfortunately it's endemic. Money talks, think of the control Elon Musk has. Soon to be shared no doubt with the Reform Party and therefore UK.

I have endeavoured to do my bit by not buckling under and have retained my shareholding. TBH unsure now whether to take my money out at todays prices, hold for the offer price or possible failure of the buy out.
