Not once have terms and conditions been mentioned. Royal Mail have never said they are going to attack this or give zero hour contracts. Without Royal Mail the CWU will cease to exist and vice versa. Reality was staff ghosted overtime for years , and now they have to work all paid hours like the rest of us do. Huge pay rises over many years and best terms and conditions in the country.

Spot on…what other company will pay 38 hours a week for working less that 30 CWU are saying PDA data is being used to spy on posties that finish early…SO WHAT ,its called working your contracted hours your getting paid for, I know staff in our office are making one and a half to 2 hours A DAY, you finish an hour early in Tesco, you will get docked an hour
