Surprised you are you still around. Thought you would have been committed by now. Answer to your question yes I find the video unconvincing. It's annonymous why? Because either it's a sham or they don't wish to be recognised and sacked from a terrible job. Come on man have some sense.

It may well have been a close decision three years ago but many remain voters recognise that it was a majority vote that went against them in a democracy. In the meanwhile everyone has had to live with Brexit interfering in their daily lives to varying degrees. Now we have a deal that has been passed by parliment and should complete soon after a Tory win as Boris states "oven ready Brexit" OR Corbyns proposal let's start back at square one. Surely it's a no brainer.

You will be surprised to learn I do not agree with your position. He is the CEO of RMG a Company whose prime reason to exist is to serve public/ business.
He is faced with a union intent on causing as much disruption prior to the Christmas period as possible.
He is doing exactly what I would do in his position.

Why on Earth would Rico March to the CWU tune? It is not in the Companies interest to rush these negotiations. Rico will stall and IMO do whatever to push the can. Last resort is the courts. He should continue delaying as this strengthens his hand.

They will probably put everything on the back burner until Labour win the election and take RMG back into public ownership. They always ignore the fact that it was not the Tories that wanted to part privatise the Company in the first place.

PP. Profit in a Company belongs to shareholders. This can be reinvested or paid as dividends depending on the Companies situation. Remember the Divi was cut in order to reinvest some profit. However Rico specifically said, paraphrasing. Any excess may be added to dividends. If Rico decided to make changes by selling assets etc, I am sure it would be well thought out beforehand.

Good morning shareholders, interesting to see what transpires today.
I glanced at messages posted yesterday and felt some sunk to new lows with their comments. I can't say it surprised me as I expected the IA & politics to bring out new lows in some postings. Forgive me not responding when my name was mentioned. Unlike some I don't come when whistled.
