StYd. I recall a post which I believe was someone saying they had instructed that their shares must not be loaned. I'm surprised it's possible TBH as the shares should only held in the owners account awaiting further instruction. Would be nice to know. We could then remove shares from any broker who loans to shorters.

I'm aware of this from the FCA and JB tends to update us regularly. The short selling regs require notifications from those shorting over 0.50%
There must be a list of those willing to loan the stock after all its a money making enterprise. Perhaps a freedom of information exercise if not.
