We have a good BAD heading our way.

Last I heard there is no evidence of sabotage etc. Do you think otherwise?

StYd. I have met many Ukrainian people and have very fond feelings towards them. But the history is mired with famine and harsh life. That instills a survival mechanism which affects the character of some. Still they remain close to my heart.

StYd. Good morning apart from the two main news items. My condolences to the Ukrainian airline passengers in Iran. With respect to the missile strikes the Iranian spokesman talked of a proportionate response which in fact it appears to be. More a face saver particularly less troubling with Trump tweeting "all is well" maybe they will now both step back from the brink.
With regards Odey and falkland there is no doubt in my mind that he is in the pocket of some larger entity. I bet he's not happy at the moment.

Similarities are uncanny as I realised long ago with you. I'm never bossy when it comes to Svieta's money so when she was offered a very good sum on her house in 2010 she asked my opinion. Knowing she likes her independence I said "your choice" so she declined a while after she said I should have made her take it if such a good offer. WOMEN!
Fortunately neither of us have any debt whatsoever and a third home on the market in the spring 2020 once I finish my little project hence the chainsaw (two handed). So no problems financially which is quite contrary to the Trolls little stories. Enough opening up from but I like when you do it so be my guest :-)

Feline. You are very perceptive Svieta is indeed pretty of face and sweet natured. Pleased to hear that we have such similarities in our lives Svieta has a lovely home 20 minutes from mine and for us it's 17 years. Similar reasons also she can't bear to sell her bolt hole where she spends a few days each week. She is heavily into Yoga and such I prefer a nice walk. So we compromise and she joins me on my walks I leave her to the Yoga :-)

JB. I am slightly different in my approach :-) I judge if my opponent is a serious threat if so while he is mouthing off I throw the first punch. Usually stops them arguing.

Not at all surprised to find we disagree and neither of us will change the course of current tensions. I will therefore not engage in fruitless discussion. My parting comment is that appeasement in my opion was a factor in World War II because it allowed the Nazis to build Germany's military power until it was strong enough to fight a major war. Additionally emboldening Germany into thinking the Allies would never have the will to fight. Does anyone seriously think Iran will change it's ways after maybe 40 years. Unless it it's forced to do so. Forget Marquise of Queensbury in favour of "eye for an eye"

JB. It's an admirable trait. I can take all the noise that comes my way. I find being nice to nasty people goes against the grain. But where would we be without the peacemakers? Actually in some cases I think better off. Did they contain Isis by negotiating.
