I have held BT for an eternity it seems. Just breaking even at today's price. I'm sure many will disagree that their cheap.

JB. It's patently obvious that despite an army of diligent individuals doing their very best. There was and is a group doing the absolute reverse. RMG have been fighting an uphill battle for donkeys years. The only solution grading employees according to aptitude and honesty. Those below grade are offered early retirement while the cream are banned from leaving until age of 95.
I recall you were RMG management. Obviously didn't make the grade though ;-)

Postman. Appears your correct as as the news days ago backs up. It was allegedly instructions given to facilitate falsifying of overtime records. If I remember correctly the staff member given the instruction who subsequently complained was then punished.

Common, It's not a question of trusting you or not. I weigh both sides and reach conclusions. You state your opinion which is apparently based on your long term experience and current information. I find your input useful and certainly appreciated.
Having previous experience here including an onslaught from shorters. I try to evaluate the differences between then and now. I decided recently there was sufficient upside to risk investing more in my holding and fortunately they are in profit. I feel they will remain so but we shall see. Best wishes.

Yes JB totally agree although the current level of shorts is a pittance compared to the rather hairy days we experienced previously. Would be good to see a rise now I have committed a few more of my hard earned £'s

Looks like they are gobbling them up while the price is attractive. They do pull back on purchases when the SP rises a bit more.

A very interesting post by commonsense and much appreciation for the time and patience in its compilation.
We are usually bombarded with sarcasm or worse from those with an axe to grind when we make factual statements regarding the "jiggery pokery"
So it's gratifying to read that someone with a great deal of common sense accepts that genuine shareholders leave this share due to the jiggery pokery of the hedge funds.
Once again I find myself in the red here due to a "dipping of toes" days ago. This justifies my querying the rally call by commonsense. What reason is there to "keep the faith" when others have the power and inclination to do what they wish with the RMG share price.
My methodology is usually to consider what went before. Not scientific but frequently steers me in the correct direction.

Risk of repeating but they are doing exactly as they should keeping the lid on and buying in as low as possible. Also purchasing far less on the days when the SP is at the top end.
2022 onwards will be far more interesting.
