There may well be, who knows. Or they might have heard about Each’s news that PHE have 15 FTU orders.

I’d reckon on an FTU selling at circa £4m, so the thats’s £60m of orders he’s told everyone, that are on their way. Not to be sniffed at!

There’s not 15 companies wanting FTU’s is there, so just another lie from you.

The other 15 are just companies that PHE are going to call and see if there’s anything they do thats’s of interest to them.

So basically nothing except 15 enquires, which might come to nothing!

Companies house has JW as currently a director of 3 companies, AFC Energy, Speedy Hydrogen Solutions and HYAMTEC.

Well done to the CFO, at least he might benefit from this. Only another 90% increase to get back to the pre CMD price. Meanwhile money has beeen made by money elsewhere. Even my Mum's FTSE ISA's have seriously outperformed this :)

I’d say you’ve over generalised there and done everyone who works bloody hard at AFC, a massive dis-service!!

You could say the same for any company, listed on any market.

49m HUI shares at the moment is about 12% of the issued share cap.

If they decided to issue 49m for HW, then this would be lower.

Although not worth a lot at the moment, it if the deal saw HUI shares hit 10p, then it's worth nearly £5m. If a deal in MENA came off, then it could be worth a lot more.

Maybe there's been a decision to wait and see what happens over the coming months and assess if 49m is still enough consideration for the OO shares.

Also, if news of both were released in tandem, would it have more affect on the SP, than each bit released separately?
