Fuel - the difference is that they have order books and therefore revenue etc. Until AFC announcing orders the share price will remain like it has.

Personally I believe they will get orders given the various partnerships they have established, but this is going to remain around the same price until they start announcing sales.

A number of staff have exercised share options, which usually requires a longish period before they can sell. I. Suspect the recent downturn is possibly product related in the sense of delays; no doubt the same delays everyone else is facing in terms of supply.

We’ve just brought in 15k plus refugees (not migrant workers) which means they’ll need around 4K homes.

The point is, you can’t avoid building more homes, especially as the low paid get pushed out of town because they can’t compete on price due to supply and demand.

The carbon footprint of a house is negligible, given it’s life span. My house was built over 200 years ago.

The key is building sustainable towns / properties, which AFC are involved/trialing in Germany with Juelich, or do you not agree with that either?
