Post confirmation deal, small acquisition and successful velocette drill will add 16m + 4m + 30m =50m total into the JV. ($25m/£20m of this is attributable to LBE who already have c.£10m in cash). This should take our market cap to a min. £30m or around 60p per share.

At this point the following would still NOT be priced in:

- Malaysian asset(s)

- revenue from Norwegian producing asset

- a further $100m firepower from Japex to the JV

- potential Norwegian tax rebate (expecting c. £40m in Q3)

North of £1 is feasible by the end of year. That's 400% from here.
