LBE plc...the PLC!!! has £12m in cash + Malaysian assets.

LBE - Japex JV has and will have ($16m + 4m + 30m + 100m) = $150m/£120m. LBE's share is 50.1% of this so £60m.

There is also a tax rebate from Norwegian govt of £40m to be paid to LBE Plc in Q3 2023.

And tomorrow morning at the bell the mcap will be c.£11m.

Well put SheerClass. Some people seriously need to re read the RNS multiple times or go back to school. Whichever way you slice it, £11m mcap is insulting given the cash in the bank. (Forget the SP or 100% rise)

Many retail investors make the mistake of focusing on share price rather than mcap.

Now fully backed financially by a hugely experienced partner (Japex - 1.8bn) in a highly tax friendly jurisdiction (Norway) through a non dilutive JV and launching from a very low base (5m mcap) - this will rerate accordingly in the coming sessions imo.

To hold on to a 100% plus rise all day speaks to the strength of the news . Any dips will be hoovered up easily imo.

This is truly a transformational deal and at 11m mcap (20p) is virtually risk free as the company already as c.£10m in cash with another $16m (£12m) first stage payment from Japex imminent

So at a 20p share price the mcap is 11.5m

Company has cash of around £10m and will get a further $16m (£12m) up front from Japex taking cash total to £22m

Now you can see why the current £11.5m mcap is ludicrous!?
