Norwegian tax breaks on O&G explorers/producers are very generous.

One can see why Japex were keen to get a foothold in this highly prospective territory, and with LBE's experience and know how of the regulatory ecosystem, and wider partnerships and stakeholders, it makes perfect sense.

News will come thick and fast over the coming weeks with $100m worth of shopping funds for LBE to splash out on quality assets.

Directors also buying in significant quantities. Happy days!
