There's one thing for sure which is glaringly obvious: - The waste pile might be slow in disappearing but the'Cash pile' has rapidly disappeared. - It was a treasury contingency that afforded some degree of protection. Now it's disappearing fast and leaving Centamin exposed. - Sotolo makes a good point I feel. - The CC is gonna be an interesting experience.

I'm still tune in but don't say much these days. - I'm adopting Miz's style. - Popping up every now and again with a cryptic comment. :) - It's still a good forum with people like yourself forming its backbone through thick and thin. - Some great contributions here, well worth reading I always feel. - Mr Bond, yes, a degree of sarcasm, I put my hand up to that. I do feel however, that Cowichan is keeping them on their toes with his exposes/comments, always well researched and factual. - He reminds me of the 'Sting' song - 'I'll be watching you' and I do believe it's having an effect. - One thing that recently made me sit up was the revival of the CC news. - How very interesting I thought, after all these years it still has life/influence. - You may or may not recall that I predicted that this trump-card, held by the powers that be, would be used, when appropriate, at some future date. - I agree with Cowichan's assessment, assuming I've understood correctly, if a take-over is to be accommodated that suits the controlling powers behind the scenery, then likely that Law 32 will go through. - If however, it is revived in order to finally make a judgement on the original court-case, I'm not assuming that the outcome will be favorable. - The CC trump-card has been held for too long now for it not to have a purpose. - IMO - Good luck one and all.

Hi Gnome - Yes it's the 'Tom & Jerry duo (Comex/LBMA) controlling the world of gold for their own book. - Amazing that between them they are able to do this when the Comex only delivers around 1% of the contracts placed - The other 99% is just a casino play to accommodate their game of plunder..

Am I seeing change for the good? - Not sure. - Since, rightly or wrongly, I have concluded that past/historic Centamin has been run by the 'Mob' and as yet, have not made my mind-up about Horgan, it's too early for me to say. - I'm flattered that you've asked my opinion though as I regard you as one of the most prolific and informative posters we have. - I thought the reference to Cd'I represented the full-Ruby-red-lipstick-job. - Seemingly, clouded in secrecy, we've not heard much about West-African assets and it's only thanks to Cowichan that they have been kept in focus. - So, what a pleasant surprise to find their existence is an important part of plans going forward. Moreover, with a bit of luck, more definitive news planned for this year. - As always, Q3 will be the 'truth-quarter' - It will more or less confirm that guidance will be met, or not as it may be. So, fingers crossed that fortunes may be changing, let's hope so for everyone's sake, especially the 'Old guard'.

Most upbeat qtr. for a long time. - Of course if your intention is to raise funds in the coming months then it needed to be. Remember the days when you went to see your bank-manager for a loan. Usually, being smart and presentable was a prerequisite. - So it was nice to see Centamin turn-up yesterday dressed to the nines, lipstick, the lot. - It's made me wonder. - In any event, it was better than the now customary good-hiding. :)

Hi Tibbs - I can absolutely confirm the breadth and depth and volume of your direct communications with Centamin. - Communications that you undertake on everyone's behalf. - I think if people knew just how much time and effort you put into maintaining direct links here, they would be shocked. - We all owe you a debt of gratitude IMO.

Agree Tibbs - They should be paying it back. - However, instead they are like chipmunks/squirrels, filling their cheek-pouches with as much as they can stuff in and some. It's as though they are putting two fingers up to the rest of us. - The rewards for failure are simply outrageous. - The directors are supposed to have a 'Fiduciary' duty towards shareholder interests. - Not here they haven't, the 'Centamin Chipmunks' main interest is to themselves and all being executed in plain-sight. IMO

Next divi. the inerim, should be in about six months - just keep an eye open for specifics nearer the time.

Yep ,a pint of dividend has been costing a gallon of share-price. - It's not too bad when you've been given your shares for nowt, then the divi comes as an extra bonus..

Agree Razor - Looking at the sheer generosity of their share awards, who would believe that this is for a performance that has halved the share-price. - Their fortunes only ever go one way. - Come hell or high water, rain or shine, they go onwards and upwards.

Next week , Comex futures settlement week. - So, potentially a good-hiding week for gold as the stop-losses are harvested.
