DEBS and Karen Millen very positive. Youth brands mauled by the likes of Shein as has occurred the last 3 years plus. American investors maybe taking note of these now due to the rapid rise of Shein and trump being in power likely to have it firmly in his radar to crush the Chinese companies exploiting loopholes left right and centre.

Not sure what to make of all this if I’m honest. Is it better the devil we do know with the current board and new CEO. Would Ashley pull a fast one here? Surely the placement is there to provoke a bid from Ashley now to raise the SP…Likely already have the backing from current investors…Sale of Soho looks nailed on. That with the placing will dramatically reduce net debt and we do look in a stronger position after this has been carried out. Where the SP will be tomorrow I do not know.

Finley, Kamani and the rest of the board going to put their hands in their pockets and buy? Investor update will probably show who is willing to buy some of the placement shares. It’s all going off here now. Likely to be some big fireworks if Frasers start buying.

What could this rise to on the back on Big Mike coming in as CEO? If he is truly aligned with running the ship and refining the operation.

There are clearly some big legal battles going on here behind the scenes. BOO's demands are completely unreasonable so we will see if they can come to an agreement. I would be shocked if Ashley doesn't just make a move for the outstanding shares he needs to force his way through.

My vote is with big mike as long as there is a clause he can't synthon any of BOO's assets off to Frasers or related parties.

The market clearly does not know where to go with BOO. It's stagnate for now until the next news. Ashley takes the helm and starts opening some physical shops and starts making some money.
