I am following the movements here closely.

This will be a great buy when Odey finish selling here. My opinion is they will liquidate their entire holding here which is a sizeable position as they are a distressed seller.

Fantastic result. I will be keeping a close eye on this tomorrow and if this drops back down to the 0.5p region I will be back in. This may well go higher and higher tomorrow but a 300% on the day and finishing on highs with a tight spread I had to relinquish my holding and de-risk.

I sold around £8k in the first hit and £6k in the second hit for anyone looking at the trades.

A couple of monster sells showing i just sold £13k's worth - Happy happy days I got out of jail free here. Praise the lord I will keep an eye on this tomorrow, expecting a retrace in the morning and if buy price is favourable I will be back.

Just de-risked and sold half my holdings here at this level.

I work like a dog for my money usually 50-60 hours a week. Although, it is incredibly painful to lose your hard earned cash it is always the risk with investing in ANY share.

Being naive and looking at things with rose-tinted glasses gets you nowhere in this game.

We have to look at things on both sides of the fence I am always open to hear differing opinions as long as they are well informed and researched. This board has been spot on for that so far.

Neil is right this could surpass 1p on Wednesday when we have actual confirmation of the new directors and compulsory liquadation being dismissed. If/when an RTO is announced this could do 10x - I don't believe there is a better board we could have achieved especially when they are not taking any salary.

This would then allow the tax losses to be utilised by the RTO. All in all this is the perfect situation that could ever arised subject to the petition being dismissed.

Those levels are achiveable no doubt, we are very close to having an extremely competent board and an AIM listing until September.

In my view this could hit the 0.8p mark today. When we came out of suspension we briefly touched 0.78p

If all goes well on Wednesday which we have a very high probablity of that happening this could go to 1p+

Look at GCG for an example, they have very little cash reserves but they have a competent and proactive board who have just secured more funding and have RTO's in the pipeline. MKT CAP just under £600k at 3.15p a share, when they were suspensed with an RTO close they hit 17p...Interesting enough PH are involved there too.

You are correct there Bond we are extremely lucky this morning, I can actually give a bit of KUDOS to Richard and James for relinquishing their respective positions here....I never thought I would say that!

They’re big deals bond, it’s the massive tax losses they could potentially utilise with this which makes it so valuable.

With inflation falling and hopefully no more dovish moves by the BOE let’s see UK retail stocks start to realise their true value, I’d love to see BOO back at £1 by the end of the year!

Let’s take it for worst case sake advisory fees were say £62k which seems extremely excessive that would still leave £100k in the pot which is 2 months at least run-rate on current costs.

What I don’t know is how contractual liabilities are calculated with cash shells and whether the court would calculate this insolvent from being balance sheet insolvent with no incoming profits/assets other than cash which the BOD have depleted faster than a night out on the sauce with Gazza
