It is worth noting that if the first priority of Icewine 2 was to produce a good flow rate then the vertical well design would not have been chosen. In this shale play, fracking revolves around horizontal models. We discussed the Icewine 2 design on this bb ad infinitum, however, the design prevailed imo on the basis of data from Icewine 1 - much of which resides in Bex. Establishing flow rate was not the priority of Icewine 2 - imo it was to explore the geology with respect to oil production and establish the best landing sites for horizontal drilling. That means that the flow rate might be quite conservative in the near term. Look at Eagleford for info. We have benefited from all that knowledge through PB;  However, to define everything on one well - that is a tall order. VGLA

Guzz - think the idea is that HRZ is a geological layer with broadly homogeneuos properties. If samples are taken at intervals and these show equivalence then whole layer can be extrapolated as having a 'consistency'. VGLA
