Nope you are right Jcj07 - there was nothing in TU or results about the Hoorah acquisition. Can’t read about what isn’t there. All the other share issues etc there though.

It’s a bit like when they maintain their forecasts for the full year when releasing results only to come out with a profit three weeks later they knew full well about. Appalling investor relations.

Bearing in mind the opco is Hoorah not S4 I see no way it could overuse its own operating resources.

I think they see potential in the South African market and a low risk testing the waters.

The interesting thing for me is Hoorah will have full access to Monks full suite of AI marketing tools.

SMS spoke about SaaS model for tech. If they can sell access to smaller non competing agencies on subscription in the future it’s a great revenue stream and very high margin.

Would have rather this been paid with debt. Enough with the shareholder dilution by a thousand cuts already.

We didn’t know they were issuing shares for the 25% stake in Hoorah. S4 / Monks haven’t even publicly announced the acquisition but we get the announcement about share issue.

It just poor investor relations.

Small amount yes but they need to sort out how they communicate this stuff to the market.

You fundamentally misunderstand what this company does if you think it is at the forefront of PR and promotion. These are distinctly not services it provides!
