Market makers also make money by selling stock to people at 2p and buying it back when the hands get weak at 1.5p, they have locked in a lot of buyers here and won’t buy back at higher rates unless there is the momentum and buy volume to push through the sell pressure

I have no idea why everyone is bashing the BoD. What they did was the best thing they could have done given the circumstances. They sold half their stake (probably at a huge gain) to control the risk of result of falling SP following news of the exec stepping down. They would never have known the full extent of the drop following this news, fair play to them IMO good strategy. And if you read the half year results with any brain cells you would of realised given the timing that they have been very reserved with the results, another good strategy Good company to hold medium to long term especially given the hot topic of espionage elsewhere

Does anyone know when the placing will take place? I want to buy SAT shares but it will be better after his is done as dilution is likely to occur during this process
