Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC (LSE:PR1) has announced that its subsidiary Halfspace Limited has secured a contract with a major European sports rights holder."

And the great thing is these are subject to a 12 month lock in for the founders of Halfspace and 6 month lock in for it's vendors :))

"Upon completion of the Acquisition, the Halfspace Vendors will be required to enter into the Lock-in Agreements in respect of Ordinary Shares in the Company held by them pursuant to which the Halfspace founders, being Rory Maxwell, Sanjit Atwal and Stephen Schindler (the "Halfspace Founders") shall be subject to a 12 month lock-in period and 12 month orderly market period, and all other Halfspace Vendors will be subject to a six month lock-in period and six month orderly market period."

He expects it will drive additional liquidity and drive additional investor appetite - in layman's terms roughly translates to " this is going to the moon " 🤣🤣

Mentions that he has a great relationship with investor's across the pond and knows of many US investor's who are looking to buy stock in PR1

What constitutes a breach?

Suspension or cancellation of AIM securities: In serious cases, the Exchange may suspend or cancel the company's admission to the AIM market. "

Don't think for one minute that nothing is going to happen to the ongoing situation. The fact that they sold almost £1M worth of shares at a substantial profit while locked in makes this particular breach imo quite a serious one, and one the London Stock Exchange will very likely be taking appropriate action on imo

Talking about being locked in, I hope they throw the book at PRIM for breaching their lock in agreement. They didn't just sell one small bit but their entire 8% holding! It's about time we got to learn of what action the regulators are going to take to restore confidence in the AIM market in general because this isn't going away.

Someone mentioned miri before - what an utter dog that is being ramped by the usual suspects including AIMHIGHERSTILL Looks like the dump is already on over there!

And they have the nerve to post on other chat boards trying to suck others in, shameful!

They've only just done a placing, would look rather amateurish if they tried to come back so soon for another one, something tells me with what they have going on in the background with increasing revenues, acquisition of Halfspace and expansion that they don't need to :))

I think you'll find that those who complained directly to the regulators had a reply back a few days ago to say they were going to investigate this matter!

I agree mcadder - they'll certainly be wanting to make an example and I congratulate the BOD for their no nonsense approach and not letting such a serious breach slide like maybe some have in the past
