I've bought back in! Small holding, but glad to be back.

It's a simple but good analysis. The core of investing is buying into companies that will be more profitable in the future years than they are today. The share price will catch up in time, we all believe this at least.

Nice 3 grand top! I see there's been a 3.3% rise or so, but I've been planning this top up for a while, and at least I've gotten some more in before this rises again. I was very excited to see this rocket to 40p+ and sad when it dropped, but it's good to be able to buy more on the low!

Being honest, the RNS releases have been success after success. The company's management can't control the share price, or make the market realise fundamental value

I see there's a few ninnies skulking around here lately, doing anything they can to try and scare off investors. Well remember people, truly terrible companies never have any trolls posting on their boards. His point about H&W not being near producing its first EOY accounts is a laughably stupid point, considering the EOY accounts for INFA have only just been released, and the acquisition only just been made.

I'd suggest he's a paid shill but tbh if I were going to pay someone to deramp a company I'd get someone who could actually post convincingly

Because markets are driven by sentiment. Why else? Eventually the fundamentals catch up so I'm not worried. It's like Buffett once said, the stock market is a mechanism to transfer money from the impatient to the patient

it'd be a shame for Eskom to miss the world leading VRFB company for its project, but us being able to get contracts with californian companies would certainly be reassuring. No one wants to be overly-reliant on 1 client afterall. Here's hoping!

If Berkshire Hathaway invested in a company we're invested in, that would be a hugely prideful thing for me personally, and secondly, I assume it would put us on a lot of institutional investor's radars (and much brighter than many other things on their radars I should say!). Surely the share price would explode instantly if this happened? Also, Berkshire are in the habit of buying whole companies and holding forever when possible, and they don't do hostile takeovers. If they bought BMN completely, what kind of price would we be likely to see, if it's even possible to speculate on such a thing?

Canoncan indeed doesn't appear to know very much - posting negative platitudes rather than looking at exactly how well this company has come over the years, and indeed how much better it is going to do. And pointless negative speculation too. I find it a better idea to just stick to the facts, and the facts suggest this company has continuously improved its performance year on year, and will do so for some time

Hi all! Yes very excited about the open offer, the phrase from Buffett, "Margin of Safety" springs to mind! Helping the company finances and getting shares at a very cheap issue price, what could be better!?

I am still waiting for some posters here to announce a book on investing, as I'd certainly be more likely to buy it than the one Simon Thompson of Investors Chronicle has written! I wish my fundamental analysis was as good as the more experienced posters here!

Please say there's enough PI holding this to fend off a takeover bid! I was in Aldermore Bank before it got bought out by a south african company and would hate to see shareholders in BGO get the same treatment.
