Renewable stocks are doing well today. LNG storage is low-carbon, so that helps a little bit I guess.

I like the humour slowburner. And let's not forget, their system is tested to handle billions of transactions with a stable cost base, so as the amount of transactions handle ramps up, the costs remain largely the same. So all of that extra revenue should fall right through to the bottom line. Big win

To expand on the below - Bango handle payments - when you buy something in an app on your phone, or subscribe to netflix etc etc, in Asian countries these things often get charged to their Mobile Phone bill, rather than directly from their bank (and credit card usage is low there). Bango provide the technology for billing these app purchases and subscriptions to the mobile phone bill, and they collect a fee for every transaction that goes through their system.

They also provide Bango Audiences - a data insight platform that lets companies run adverts targetted at users who we know are willing to make in-app purchases, thus increasing revenue for app developers and media content providers, which in-turn increases Bango's revenue - this is what Bango call the "virtuous cycle".

Sounds excellent, though one small tweak - renewable energy isn't a "bubble". The early adopters will benefit the most from it but i'd say it's more like a rocket, it'll take off and become a massive industry in its own right (well it is, but this advanced stuff like vanadium battery storage systems I mean!)

NOBONES, I believe this is the first time Military spending has truly increased since 1945. Like I said, I invested back in the days of 0.8p (equivalent 80p now) and this had better do MORE than double the current SP!

They won't terminate it, they'll carry on their original vision of developing it, selling it off mostly through equity but retaining a small stake, and perhaps fees for managing it (if that's their plan still)

it had better double - at least. I bought most of my holding around 0.8p I believe, so I'm going to be underwater until this doubles. The share price was 2p at one point, before the consolidation. So it had better get back to £2 at least.

Well put Jabido. It would be hard to imagine that Infa as part of Team Resolute did not win at least some kind of contract work for the MoD!

Hi Quady, I believe hydrogen is something we can get into, but the main purpose of the salt cavern is LNG storage. There's also the shipyards we own which are Harland & Wolff, and Appledore. H&W are teaming up with Navatia to tender for defence contracts as Team Resolute, and Boris Johnson has already visited once I believe (Or JW, the Chairman, visited him, something like that).

It would be surprising if we didn't hear of any contract work from the MoD, but the start of work at the shipyards is supposed to be the company's maiden revenues. If you look back at the old RNS you can see JW explain the kind of income the different kind of shipwork contracts can produce.

Yes reteps, Biden has obviously won the US election (264 - 217 currently, and Biden only needs 1 more state to win). It'll be good to have renewables on the forefront of government financing again!
