If not the contract it will be interesting to see what explanation Peter provides now that all government and 3rd party approvals have been received and all contractual and commercial matters are now agreed. Peter has no outs to hide behind and he will be under pressure to explain further the hold up, beyond clients internal approval process. As payment will be in Euros I still think 'our' client is Thales or Munich Airport and the outsourcing daisy chain is taking time to tie up. I refuse to accept that it is probable WSG will be dropped after two years of negotiation and collaborative work. Preliminary announcement due 25 May - if we don't hear before then at least we have a date.

What do you think is a realistic SP assuming the UC acquisition goes through and assuming funded by a share dilution by way of the new subscription agreement? Many variables I know, still, humour me if you would... I'm thinking of joining but the past history of the SP is a little convoluted by rights issues and a turbulent commodity market.
