A share price collapse from almost 8p to 1.9p over three years doesn't feel very "accretive" - it is NOT good enough!!

When do we expect to hear the results of the vote tomorrow?

We need to see the results of these contract wins in the figures so the interim results will be important. But let’s be realistic, without seeing the results, we must be punching way above our £58m market cap! Everything feels good here...

I think so. The traction has been impressive. Signing up the NHL is a huge endorsement... it would be unbelievable if we could sign up another - the NBA, MBL, NFL, MLS??
Expect notice of results soon. Also recently emailed ST at Investor Chronicle to see if he is aware of the contract wins of this little minnow - would be great to get a tip to raise awareness - Lots to look forward to these next 6months!

Pau10z - im the same as RAMMAN, voted against. Selling up and moving on would realise the loss, so i choose to ride it out or ride it to the very end. Shareholders are angry because of the poor performance to date followed by the throwing in of the towel. I don't want to allow this flaky BoD to walk away. In the event of a no vote I expect the BoD to return to work. I expect them to work dam harder to turn this company around - or show some accountability and explain to shareholders why it is not possible. If it isn't possible i want to understand why considering our assets and the values CERP and VSA attributed to them! They have an obligation to stand by their commitment to deliver on their 3-5 year plan.

Willec, they have lined up two facilities for a combined c.£30m of CLN funding. Ignore this point if you wish but you will see the effect of that on the SP when it comes.

Financial position might be strong but the SP will take an absolute beating.

Willec, SP a lot higher at spud than now is a big assumption. BPC are openly talking about equity dilution. If we avoid the merger there will be opportunity to buy in at rock bottom after a discounted placing or worse when the CLN's take hold of the SP.

Mondays outcome is definitely not a given... i wonder how a no vote would impact the BPC arbitrage plays over the last 4 weeks. It would be a wake up call to both Boards. And I believe the start of some real progression for an independent CERP. Glad I voted against.

offer with the same terms - 2.67p/CERP share ?? if so that would buy 1.1BPC shares are current prices as opposed to 0.803

regardless, I would expect a buy out of 2.67p to be rejected by more than 50% unless the company was going to the wall and the SWP was all an elaborate hoax.

Obadhia - it would be interesting to see how a take over would work, I would expect they would need to improve on the 2.67 pence per Columbus Share. But I cant see BPC doing that.

I think that change in tact would put us firmly in the shop window. All i am focused on now is the seeing those Saffron test results, then putting a fair value on the company after that.

vote cast. lack of a credible explanation from the CERP BoD. I think this will be very close. Enough cloak and dagger, lets see those saffron 1 test results ASAP please...

Remember saffron extended test results are long overdue. I guess it’s on hold while the merger goes through. Just re-watched Thursdays BPC webinar. Eytan Uliel Said they did extensive due diligence on saffron and SWP. He’s seemed very pleased with picking us up on the cheap. In a no vote I expect the extensive testing data to be released. Anyone else think that could give us a post failed merger SP boost? BPC have been banging on that they need the diversified asset base to secure II funding. I wonder if BPC have such a near term inflection point? Also from the three interviews I’ve watched, ive got a read on the type of people who run BPC - I certainly don’t trust them. I’ve decided, voting no in the morning.
