I get the impression that this is a very young science but this article states that the nanovesicles can be harvested and used to deliver the drug.

Now, in the case of immunobody, does this mean:

a) this is a more efficient method of getting the vaccine to the APC wherever it exists?
or
b) it can deliver the vaccine to the tumour and attach to a APC in close proximity to the tumour?

Your guess is as good as mine but it is fascinating

I suppose it is a trade off between the "punch" provided by the trigrid device and delivering the vaccine directly to the tumour.

As you say, Scancell will be on the case and doing the appropriate mouse experiments and measurements.
