And now with a modest spend (compared to the kind of money that big pharma throws at R&D) Scancell have a product about to go into a trial, and with cancer vaccines coming back into fashion, and with the Biontech collaboration.

The 2nd trial shown (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Breast Cancer - Pfizer) is in the US and was first posted on September 18, 2018 and has status recruiting.

With that date I would have thought it is the V2 device but the trials site does not have info about the device used to administer

This very large project between Genentech and Biontech looks to me like a very expensive sort of treatment and involves creating a personalised vaccine.

So
1) take biopsy
2) analyse for mutations
3) create vaccine
It would also be interesting to know what regulatory authorities think of this approach.
So may well be effective but expensive and time consuming.

Contrast this to Moditope.
Cheap, quick and effective in humanised mice. We await the Modi1 trial to start.

We may, over time, end up with many Moditope vaccines. Determining the best moditope vaccines or combination for a patient looks very promising.
Biontech have extended the Scancell collaboration to include the 2nd moditope vaccine (announced in AGM).

There is a lot of info in this paper and worth reading a few times.

A great deal of this paper may be as a result of the collaboration with BionTech.

In fact the word "human" appears no less than 40 times in the paper.

Another good example of how focused Scancell's reseach is and how Lindy strives to leave nothing to chance.

Well its interesting to hear both sides of the argument.

There is no RNS of any substance that sparked this rise so I will wait on the sidelines for a better buy in price.
Meantime, I will do my own research to decide whether now is a good time.

I was invested in BPC when the 2011 report came out and at that time BPC was widely tipped.

So the best chance has a 35% probabilty of success but this doesn't make it commercially viable as the report states.

This report was produced in 2011 so why has no deal been done up to now?
