As for the MCap at this rate the Google finance page will be correct. As I said I hold my hands up I didn't work it out just used the figures from there. If that's limp to you that's limp then but accurate.

But the SP values and the Share deficit in % are correct.

The company's debt is more or less a constant the SP however is not nor is the Number of shares as they are being issued like confetti. The more they issue the more you need the SP to rise just to tread water.

I don't expect you to be honest with me as it appears you aren't being honest with yourself. I wish you now ill. Discussing things help others and myself understand some of the logic behind some of the posts.

We did have the argument about the cost of setting up an AIM company from scratch and buying an almost defunked one n the cheap. Is £10M cheap? i've no idea on that but the bad smell of the past will linger. Being owned by an Investment group or bank can be very problematic when it comes to CapEx and taking on new ventures. The CEO seems isolated here being more or less on his own.

It's Now showing the Market Cap at £557,920 which is 100% so 1% is now £5,879.20 Current 11.30am today also down -10.34%.

The debt figure and the cash in the bank is roughly as nobody really knows but these figures are on the net.

If you held 1% last month you owned 1% of the company as well (in theory) 1% of its bebts and assets.

Now your 1% is worth 47% less but you still own 1% of the debts and assets.

I'm sure an investment bank knows this, They buy and sell debt. We don't know their agenda but generally a PIs is a gamble. so £9k or £5.8k The tumble drier is at work turning large volumes around with most hoping or gambling that this can't go any lower. I do get that.

It is an impelling watch.

Currently Debt is about £11M so in theory your buying 1% of that as well as 1% of any assets and cash in hand. Call it a round £10M (granted the assets are an unknown)

So for your £5,800ish your getting £100k of debt.

But you might be on a winner

As for Echo he's not set the heather on fire since his arrival. We will wait and see what he pulls out of the hat.

But he might need to pass that same hat around to raise some cash to do anything as there's not much there to spend.

He's just been painfully quiet since his arrival. Pretty sure in the interview they would of asked how he was going to turn it around.

So that's why he's done nothing here since he to on the role of CEO back in Nov last year.

I'm said that echo are doing anything (or saying I'm not sure they were truthful in what the did say they were doing) in ways exploration or production. At least there was something to pick over.

I don't know anything about you or you investment here, but I have always been upfront and honest about my only holding which was a tenners worth for about 2 months. Cost me £25 in fees but it was worth it so now I can say I was invested and was a shareholder and I did it to show guys like you the Bird.

Leaving the fees out of it I made a profit.

None of what I say is a carefully planned anything isn't it that obvious?
