If it does stretch out another few weeks another acquisition will be on the cards as news has to keep flowing. Pointless pushing the processing plant idea of you aren't producing enough.

Bonkers statement that the number of shares is irrelevant? Every time they issue shares your % of your holding of the company drops.

All they are doing is shifting debt held by the company onto shareholders shoulders. The fact is the SP has dropped 20% in 3 months at the same time your holding % of the company has also dropped.

Sausage it took almost a month to crush and sort 30 tonnes of stockpiled material (24th Nov RNS).

The crushing and sorting process is in addition to the mining and extracting. So depending on the manpower situation this maybe concurrent or an addition to the time frame.

After re-reading the last RNS is pretty clear that the company was banging its head of the loan limit. Giving up 13% of the company for the interest on one lone is a bit of a chunk.

I don't think this will be the only loan outstanding. Using money from the golds sales would be wiser in my opinion.

I don't think the deal was to get it out of the way, I think it was a forced issue. Lenders never loss out on such trades.
