They seem to have forgotten they are a gold mining company (that is currently not mining or producing any gold). All the news coming out from the overpaid BoD of a company with a current turn over of 44k of gold (from last year). Just shy of 6 months into 2025 not an XAU of gold.

Almost a month since the last Operational update. No hint of the start of production (mining) or processing (getting and gold). Not a sniff if the road has been sorted. Lots of jam tomorrow stuff in the last update but nothing to show by ways income.

08 will you cash out after the Bondholders vote? Even if it spike 20% it will be 0.504p nice kick up but can't see it on the shift of some debt when there's no current income. Not sure if the 5 or 7% working interest they still have in the Oil and Gas holdings was included in the 44k of an income shown in the final results or if that was purely income from the gold sales to that date?

This lifestyle company is a vessel to trade debt. Built is share base as an oil exploration company the an oil producer not a gold prospector and miner. All have been fronts to shift debt and be fed by punters believing and as you say punting.

Bondholders get paid BoDs get wealthy, shareholders lose loads.

Not really sure what your beef is? As I've said they have done this before. You are the one that brought up the SP and wanted me to agree to your idea that there will be a similar large rise in the SP this time around.

My point is to get something to pass they are having to reduce the pass mark to achieve this on a second vote.

So lets say they require 75% of the vote of the overall shares for it too pass but if the overall votes cast fall well short of the set requirement which appears to be the case. The vote would be void.

So lower the requirement to allow the vote to pass on the next sitting. Basically pushing it through.

It's like asking turkeys to vote for Christmas. The bondholders aren't happy what is being offered so don't bother voting at the same time knowing that this will go through anyways. They will get their fill but just will take longer.

The company has continued to fail in all aspects since the last time they had to do the same. It's also done a smoke and mirrors thing in changing it's name and market sector but continues to not only lose vast amounts of money but has also only generated enough to buy a 2nd hand Tesla.
