Well I think the going ons (I was going to say strange but kind of goes with the territory of a lifestyle company) it strengthens my views.

The bondholders vote for me is telling that what was thought of as a given is become similar to watching old granny putting her teeth back in.

At the same time the gold in the hole in the ground is seemingly multiplying like germs on a perti dish. A bit like the shares issued.

Cast your mind back to when they were mining 3 or 4 guys moving rubble in old paint buckets and scattering it about on tarpaulins. They called it artisan.

So why can't they get this artisan operation back online in short order? Can't see that operation interfering in any survey work? Surely it would help.

Where are they with the cash in the bank? How much do they have left?

More cash being spent on surveying. Remember when previously called echo they surveyed the life of of the Jewel in the Crown the was Tapi Aki? The money that was drained out of the company for a few sheets of paper that said nothing here! Great way of getting money out of a company with only a few graphs and words on paper to say anything was actually done. But will everyone waited there was a few cash raises to pay for the works and to keep the board in the custom they were used too. Just feels similar

As for the bond holders vote that's a laugh a minute. That's just pushing a big rock up a slope. Just seems real hard work and it's starting to look embarrassing.

So kick the can down the road a few month's. It will give us something to chat about while the grass grows.

The result of bondholders restructuring 2nd vote not being released raises a concern that the interest due to the end of December 24 €463,992 maybe required to be paid.

The wording in the proposal indicated that following constructive discussions with certain holders. Suggests that not all note holders were in the loop during the proposal discussions.

The adjournment statement was released toot sweet, where as the 2nd vote result still hasn't been released after 2 days. Makes you wonder?

You really struggled understanding this during the Echo days. Not enough votes were cast in the 1st vote to reach the required quorum.

Quorum: the minimum number of members of an assembly or society that must be present at any of its meetings to make the proceedings of that meeting valid.

The Adjourned Noteholder Meeting will require a reduced quorum of 25% of the aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes and not less than two-thirds of the votes to be cast in favour of the Proposals for the Proposals to be passed.

There hasn't been any mention of how many votes were cast in the 1st vote. But the new reduced quorum of shares left to vote has been reduced and set at 25%.(so they require a minimum of 25% of votes not cast (for + against) to vote to reach this quorum. For the vote to pass they require minimum 2/3rds or this amount to vote for so that the proposal can go through.

Going on the votes case in the general meeting, generally a quorum of just over the 25% were cast.

So if the bondholders vote follows the same tact I should pass

With a total number of votes cast just sneaking over the 25% mark meaning that the votes for were just over the 24% of the total shares.

The board of directors out number the number of employees out with the board by 3-1.

I'm not expecting anything grandiose from tomorrows meeting just more of the same.

The company (I sure this term loosely) won't go bust if there is an £10,000,000 outstanding bond sitting there. This is how this whole pantomime plays out its how they sell shares and make their wages.

The Regulators will not shut it down as there are so many more just like it. Everyone gets a bite. The share is suspended to allow those caught holding the baby when the music stopped to wash their smalls.

Give it another year and you'll get a new CEO.

When the fuse is put back it almost everything will be back in the mists of time.

Galloping fastly towards the year mark or the new venture that has produced a stonking £44,000 in revenue.

Just had a cuppa and a read up on Short Squeezing with the share subsequently being suspended by the regulatory body. So I have a better idea on it's meaning. Is this all part of the lifestyle company or has someone been caught at it. I know shorting is legal. But the wording used by the regulator as in obligation (an act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound; a duty or commitment). what is the due process if this isn't carried out?

The interesting thing is the Bondholders meeting on Monday. I'll watch with interest, purely to gain knowledge to see how this all unfolds.

I find it strange that most folk are fixated on the way shares are traded and not what the company is doing.

It's like going to bet on the horse racing and not even looking at the horse or is breeding or race history or if there is a horse. Betting purely on the name and that others are betting on the same horse. The bookie suddenly realizes he hasn't covered his bets. Lets just suspend the race until he has enough other bets to cover his loses. This by the way of allowing him more shares.

The Debt vehicle (sorry company) is now under the gaze, not for Gold but for trade deals.

Regular or irregular it goes against the rules.

Either way as we are seeing oodles of shares will and are now having to be converted this before the bondholders get their pile of converted shares.

So a company that's producing nothing will still have vast debt and huge amounts of dilution.

And loads think this is a great idea.

Go figure.

It will pass or should I say get pushed through. As I've said before this is purely a vehicle to trade in debt. The idea its a functioning company as in it trades goods or in this case finds gold and sells it is whimsical. It was the same with Oil n Gas. It's just pure background noise, the honey in the honey trap or the smell in the Fly Trap.

Mug punters rush in.

Bonds lol figures on a sheet of paper. They will always get shares to sell instead of interest it's how it works.

Run with it until until its hard to hide. Sell the scheme on and look to another thing at the far side of the world somewhere miles for anywhere. But sell the shares in the UK.
