Going back a few years now I used to fire fight failing companies (predominantly with franchise networks) as well are regional offices for national companies that were causing concern. Plenty underhanded practises where hidden in plan sight which for some made it even harder to see. so many ways to get money out of a company through false enters and made up invoices and not just for a couple of quid. It is so easy to do but if the figures balance at the end of the day very few care as it all looks kosha. And that's just balancing the books. Managers and accounts staff were the worst. But a lifestyle company everyone is in on it.
