The cost of building a processing plant can be as much or as little as you like. But i don't think they will be the only plant in town. Like all things they are as only as good as the operator. Now we have seen NTVOs artisan mining operations with plastic buckets and a £5k rock breaker. The plant needs to be handling 40 tonne lorry loads of product daily from its own mine never mind anyone else's dirt.

We can all google the cost of a processing set up but there is ways more equipment needed to run the place. So in that respect where do you think they are going to get the funds never mind the expertise.

They can only audit what is presented to them.

Again we seem to be at a point where the company or person as in Auditors are the law. They are not . They charge for their services They are independent and check to a standard or rules. They can only do that with what is in front of them. They can't go digging. They can ask for more info but can't go and look.
